Useful documents that you might already have are:
- Certificate of Title (or rates demand for the CT reference number)
- Building consent plans
- Details of any proposals you might have
- Records of correspondence/dicsussion with your local Council
Here is what you will receive:

- A description of the steps and timeframes involved for your project
- Development recommendations for your project
- Identification of potential risks or opportunities based on the information supplied during the consultation
